For those Stadium Managers who have food hygiene responsibilities, or wish to tell there catering colleagues,  the Food  Standards Agency  have launched a scheme to rate the hygene standards of premises serving food. The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme will officially start from Sunday and has been devloped by  the Food Standards Agency in partnership with local authorities in England. After inspection a rating of 1to 5 will be given and this will be requiried to be displayed on the front door or window.
